This project focused on a key exterior update: replacing the building’s original pillars, which dated back to the 1990s. The goal was to introduce a more modern aesthetic, leading us to custom-build Craftsman-style pillars using durable Boral trim boards. This choice not only updated the building’s appearance but also provided a long-lasting, low-maintenance solution that will benefit the property for years to come.

A significant challenge involved working on the exterior of an assisted living home. Our team prioritized the safety and well-being of the elderly residents above all else. This meant meticulously planning the placement of tools, cords, and other equipment to ensure there were no tripping hazards or obstructions, allowing us to complete the work efficiently and safely while minimizing disruption for the residents.
